Focusing first on the total percentage of parlament leaders, the figure for Norway was 36 %, followed by Canada and, Tobaga and Trinidad, with the respective figures of 28 % annd 19 %. Uruguay and Italy, on the other hand, illustrated relatively lower figures (8 % and 10 % respectively).
Turning to the total percentage of women managers, the figure for Italy was 54 %, slightly more than Norway, with 52 %. This figure for Canada and Uruguay was equal, with 37 % each, lower than Tobago and Trinidad (40 %)
