Overall, by comparing the percentages of 5 countries we can see that women in Norway and Canada are more than other countries’ women, but when it comes to management the percentages of Italy and Norway are the leaders.
Female employers in government like parliament leader are very high in Norway with 35% workers and this country is the leader among other ones. In second and third position there is a Canada and Tobago and Trinidad, making up 28% and 19% respectively. Furthermore, the lowest position have been taken by Italy and Uruguay which both made up around 9%.
However, when it comes to women who are working in management the percentage in all five countries significantly increased, especially in Italy with 54% by becoming a country with the most women worker in this position. In addition, 52% which is also high results has been made by Norway and become the second one. Comparing other three countries with these two we can notice that Canada, Uruguay, and Tobago and Trinidad accounted for almost less than 15% than Italy and Norway, respectively 37%,37% and 40%.
