Firstly, Thailand was the most popular destination, with 1410 favors given by the couples. The second most popular location was Bali, which was voted slightly below Thailand with 1335 votes. Furthermore, the third most preferred places for couples to travel were The Maldives and Costa Rica, which were only separated by 150 votes, with 600 and 750 votes, respectively.
In contrast, the European locations were voted far less compared to others, as among them, the Greek Islands were the highest, with 432 couples favouring to travel, compared to Spain’s 140 and Paris’s 209. Lastly, the least picked destination for honeymoon was the Lake District, with only 124 couples choosing this.
In summary, the most popular locations for honeymoons were non-European locations such as Thailand and Bali, whereas European countries such as Spain and Paris were favoured less. The most popular location was Thailand, and the least popular location was the Lake District.
