The process illustrates how people pick tomatoes and take them through several stages and how they prepared the ketchups from them.
Overall, the diagram consists of fifteen stages, beginning with the picking them and ending up with the ready to use for the eating.
First of all, people who work at the farms pick tomatoes and put them in a basket after sorting the good and bad tomatoes. Then send it to the factory inside the factory and they divide them into parts for example, to the seeds, skins, stalks and take them to the containers ready to send the next step. The tomatoes are ready to crush into the container and after some time they add to the container some sugar, vinegar,salt and boil in a high flame.
In the next stage, they’ll open the lid of the container and leave it open for about 2 hours to warm up a bit. Afterwards, they pour them into special ketchup containers. Later they label the products and give the next stage to the quality control to check the quality of the ketchups. Then they take ketchups to the special boxes to send,import or export to other countries or some supermarkets or restaurants and are given to customers to be used and added to their food.
