Band 4+: Write a letter to a company asking for a refund for something you bought from them online. In your letter include: what did you buy? what the problem is? why do you want a refund?

Dear Madam,

I am writing you this letter regarding to compensation item, which I purchased 2nd of November 2024. I made deep review about this item and I had been convinced that this purchasing will be for good value.

I ordered my winter boots through your website, where had written the whole specifications of this boot, such as the gore-tex layer, using materials, and the inner layer. Boots had been delivered on the time, therefore could be used immediately.

The winter shoes had been worn in good weather conditions, therefore I cannot recognise that the waterproof layer has not worked properly. While raining had been started in middle of December, my feet discovered wet environment, what is mean that the gore-tex is fault.

I am asking you about fully refunding, because in description of item has been declared that your legs stay for the one hundred percent dry. Unfortunately, it is not true.
