Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for an order I received on September 27, 2024, via Blue Dart courier. Unfortunately, the items I received do not match what I had originally ordered.
To provide further clarity, I ordered two books: ‘Applied English Grammar and Composition’ by Dr. P. C. Das. However, the book sent to me was incorrectly authored by P. C. Sarkar, and it was missing its index. Additionally, the second book arrived with torn pages and was noticeably wet.
I would also like to highlight that the packaging was inadequate, leading to damage that could have been avoided. It appears that your quality control department may not have ensured the use of water-resistant materials to protect the items during transit.
Given these issues, I am unable to use the books for my studies. I urgently needed them, which led me to purchase replacements from a different store. Therefore, I respectfully request a refund, as detailed in the attached invoice. Please advise me on the procedure for returning the incorrect items.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Rahul Rastogi
