Hi Mark,

How is live, buddy? It’s been a long time since I last met you a month ago. I’m writing this letter to inform you that your laptop broke down yesterday.

First of all, I want to apologize for this unexpected dilemma. Furthermore, I’ll do my best to fix it.

Let me add that it broke down while I was operating it yesterday. Although I’ve tried several times, and I examined all caples, it didn’t work. In addition, it showed a black screen.

I totally appreciate lending me your precious device; as a consequence, I took it to the engineer last night, who promised to fix it in two days. Moreover, he told me that the issue is related to the RAM, and the data on the laptop will be safe.
