Dear Sir or Madam,

The purpose of this email is to left important paper at your hotel during my recent stay. I stayed in room 123 from 5th to 7th febuary.

I think i left docuemnts on study table. I remember that while I organising my stuff at check-out time. So, it might be possible I left that on reception table when i was completing check-out process.

All the documents is very important for me because it is containing sensitive information regarding my new property which I was bought at last month. It kepts seller and buyer details, tax information and bank account informations. It would be really appreciated If you find out this documents from your hotel. I’m ready for compromise and follow all the legal process to geting my documents as soon as possible. I also mentioned delivery address in this letter and I will give you tip for your honest work and help me to through out this situation.
