I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the net problem I am suffering from. I need to complain about an issue.
I am your old customer using your service for the past few years. However, in the last few months, the router’s speed dropped drastically even though I reset the router three times but there was no change. I contacted the customer service team but there was no positive response, and I am truly disappointed with it.
I kindly request you to send one of the technical team members of yours to my residence to get it repaired as quickly as possible because my total work is being performed from home.
Additionally, I request you to give me a discount on my next billing cycle because this is your staff’s due negligence that should be addressed and I need to be benefited to some extent.
