To whom it may concern,

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Nguyen Thi Huy Binh and I am living in Vo Van Kiet street, Cau Ong Lanh ward, district 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. I am writing to bring your attention to a serious problem regarding a damaged road in Vo Van Kiet Street recently.

I find it a heavy issue as it leads to traffic congestion in the peak time. Recently, the traffic jams have become worse and worse because the damage has been bigger and bigger. It takes up mainly part of the street so that people hardly get through.

A renovation of the street should be taken to correct this issue as soon as possible. I strongly believe giving a clear street can handle this problem as well as reduce the accidents that may happen during the upcoming rainy season.

I hope you will address this issue promptly and take the necessary step to rectify the situation.
