Dear Sir or Madam,

The main objective of this letter to draw your attention towards the decline in standards of our street, 128street on Nordal Way, near Scott road station. I have been living here since 2018, i was very proud the way my surroundings were well in condition.

To start with the problems, the footpath is now in need of repair. It is covered by overgrown grass which allow rubbish tk be accumulated which results in many serious illnesses. Another issue is due to the bad weather conditions and heavy traffic on this road, road is now full with potholes in different sizes. Many accidents have happened on this road because sometime drivers lost their control while passing these holes.

I sincerely hope to rectify these issues as soon as possible by sending somebody to cut the grass and appoint any garbage collection company to collect it once a week. Moreover, you will fix these holes at your priority.

I am looking forward to receive your reply.

Yours faithfully,

Lakhvir kaur
