Dear Sir or Madam

I am Fandika Arya, I am living in sector 10. I am writing this letter to let you know that I am unhappy with the road condition in font of the my hose is in broken condition. It is not only affecting for me but to other as well.

Since after the telecom company dug to install telecommunication cable, any pothole in our access road. Otherwise, I have informed to this company many times but they are reluctant to repair the road. While rainy condition, the water clogs in pothole and can make seriously impact to residence.

I hope you inform to this company to fix this road immediately. Please priorities this issue.
