I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my gratitude towards the hotel management. I stayed there last month for a weekend with my family.
The hotel manager greeted us nicely when we arrived at the destination. In addition, the manager himself and his staff explained us about all the facilities that our package included. They were extremely helpful to guide us to our roomand drop our luggage. They did an extra effort for my kids to show them playarea and swimming pool.
Further, me and my wife loved the spa facilities as well as the food at the restaurants. The chef there, made the custom ingredient dishes for children and even explained the nutritional significance of each dish. The kids gained some knowledge and learnt about new ingredients. Moreover, the mickey and minni mouse made up of flowers was an eye-catching masterpiece.
I pleasantly enjoyed staying there with my family. My wife suggested that we should do something for them in returm, so we decided to give an excellent reviews and ratings on the famous ‘Make my Trip’ website. These will eventually help you to attract more customers and will create value for the hotel.
