Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude with the service provided during my stay last week. More importantly, the credits goes to the hotel manager Mr. John Alade and his staffs for thier extraordinary services in every aspects from our check-in to our check-out.

To be specific, the room cleaning service was performend each and everytime we left the hotel. This gave us a peace of mind when we returned to our room and to have a wonderful time with my partner without worrying to clean the place. Additionally, we had particular allergies and dietary restrictions with our food; we made sure the manager is aware of this condition before our booking. We were supprised to see all our food was customised based on our note reflecting the care from each staff members.

As a result of this wonderful hospitality, we wrote a review about the hotel and your services on TripAdvisor – a popolar online platform as a token of gratitude. The place is highly recommended and we will visit again soon.
