Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to complain about to the bus services . I went to the last week office important meetings. So that I waiting by bus. Bus arrive do not currect time so that I am late my meetings . I am so unvaitable the day. Bus number is BM1901 chennai to mathurri travel.

The bus services are not good well. not clean and other parts are damege . The bus is not comfortable in the travel . Iam so dissapointed this travel. Public transport service especially and its reliability. The bus come 30 minutes late on two weeks. so every travelers spaced different issue.

I suggest bus company should provide goos service and you can saw the bus service . I believe that you can ynerstand this problems your currect the mistakes. thank you for your conversation.
