I hope this email finds you we. I am writing to express my dissadifaction with the bus service.
A week ago, I encountered unpleased several problems when I took the bus.
First of all, I would like to talk about the bus driver. Upon getting on the bus, I was looking for vacant seats that I am able to take. While I was walking on the bus, bus driver suddenly started driving. Thus, I slipped over on the bus, resulting I damaged to my forehead. Secondly, Despite pressing the bell to get off the bus, bus driver did not stop.
Unfortunately , due to these situations, I had to see a doctor to heal my scratched forehead. In addition, I could not take part in meeting on time.
Therefore, I would like to request you that the bus driver be given enhanced training such as communication, driving carefully, and concentrating on passengers.
