Dear Josh,
I hope you are doing well. My name is Adam Goldsmith, and I’m writing this letter to address some of the serious concerns that our community has been facing over the last 2 weeks.
I live in Hicksville village, and there are only 2 shuttles that run from this community to the railway station. As we all know, there is a massive strike going on, and there is a reduction in the bus service. Since Hicksville is more inclined towards remote areas, most of the people rely on public transport. Problems that we are facing are surges in taxi rides and longer waiting hours.
These are affecting our daily routines, which include delays in reaching on time, exceeding monthly expenditure by paying for taxis, and longer waiting hours for a cab to arrive.
I would like to suggest that the company address our concerns and take necessary precautions to resolve the strike issue that is going on by fulfilling the needs of the bus drivers.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Yours sincerely,
Adam Goldsmith
