Dear Mr. Kale,

My self Meet Patel. I live in apartment number 350 of the 200 bay st. Building. Started my lease on july 1st this year. I am writing this email regarding potential issues with some of the furniture.

My apartment contains most of the wooden furniture. Recently due to heavy humidity in environment all the doors are swallen. Hence i am not able to lock the enterance as well as washroom properly. Furthermore, Hindges on them are getting loose. Therefore, there are decent chances for the main gate to get dislocated from the designated place.

I belive it is a safety and privacy matter. Because of the immidiate actions necessary i would like to raise a concern regarding the issue as well as request you to look into the matter as soon as possible. I would prefer it to be replaced as it is already too old and there is not much scope for it to be repaired. I hope you will understand my concern.

Yours faithful,

Meet
