Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing this letter to buy a house. My name is Sevara. I have a big family. My parents, two sisters and one little brother. We planing to move with my family. I need your help to buy a big apartment.

I would like to live in a house with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone will have their own room. Also I want a large garden with summer house and summer kitchen. And there should be a space for parking our cars. It will be good if the apartment a fully furnished and there was no need to be re-repaid.

It is important for me, that the location is quite, with friendly neighbours. Also, how close are the markets and shopping centers. At the last aprrment should be in the center of the city.
