Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing with regard to the apartment that we recently rented from you located in Northtown Avenue.

The first problem is related to heating system. Since our contract has been started in summer, it was not an issue, but now autumn is coming and the weather is going to be cold. Therefore, we have to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Moreover, there is a problem in the internet infrastructures. Last week, I understood that I have no access to the internet through my ADSL service. I went to the telecommunication organization a few days ago and they told me our apartment’s cabling is old and it must be replaced. As you know, I am a freelancer the internet is a necessity to me. Hence, it would be great if you ask an electrician to come and change the cables.

I hope that you will address these issues as soon as possible.
