I hope you are doing well. I am shreyanshi shah. I live in your neighbourhood from the last 10 years.

I’m writing to inform you that my 5-year-old daughter is very scared of your dog. She cries a lot when she sees your dog while going out or coming home. As a solution we can rebuild the fencing between your houses as it is in very bad condition right now.

Therefore, I would request you to pay half the expense of the fencing as it will be a benefit for both of our properties. Please think about this concern as soon as possible.
