Dear Mr.Henry,

This is Thu Tran a member of the musicians who have played in the community hall every two days a week, those are Tuesday and Friday evenings. I am writing this letter to tell you what we have done during our time there.

First of all, my team and I have done a variety of activities where we may have created new songs and practiced regularly. Each member plays a vital role in the whole group, such as sharing new information about the musical industry and shaping development for all team members. Moreover, we have not only helped each other to improve our abilities but also composed various songs for a lot of local singers, Especially, we have given these songs without cost to new singers to perform free in the community for special events. We believe that it contributes to promoting the quality of life for citizens.

Eventually, I suggest an alternative schedule, if possible, it is flexible for each of you.
