Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope that you are doing well. I am writing this letter to bring it in your knowledge that our group have been denied to use community hall any further for music practices. Our music group is one of the famous band in the town in addition; we have been selected for the coming national music competition.

Our music is deeply loved and praised by the local community. We composed music for all age groups whether children or aged section of the society. The composers in our band left no stone unturned in formatting songs that goes in line with the societal ethical values and customs.

It would be very kind of the hall management if you could spare the hall to us on Monday and Wednesday to practice because our band needs a space to practice for the national music competition. It is extremely important for us to win this competition so that our music reaches to the mass audience and make our town proud.
