Dear Sir.

I am writing to request use community hall for practise, we are small group of musicians who perfome at netional and soom perfome at international platform. We do aur practice in the community hall at every Tuesday and Friday evenings, But a week ago we receved a letter from community hall magement we can not more practise at community hall.

We are warriod about that, we represent to our local community for first time at international level, and we have only one month left for that.

However, we think we chnage the day for practise in the hall. if you are agree we can do practise on monday and staurday twice in a week.

I understand that you may be busy and that my request may take some time to process. I appreciate any

assistance that you can provide and I will be sure to follow up with you on the progress of my request.
