Dear sir,
I am Mann Patel, a member of our music group Musicfy. We practice on Tuesday and Friday evenings in the community hall. I am writing this letter to explain you a few important reasons why our group should continue to use the hall.
We have been informed that we are no longer permitted to use the hall for our sessions, and this has deeply affected our morals. Our group organizes small parties for the intellectually disabled children and adults where we perform their favorite songs and folklore. It is vital for our band to continue the service because we have established our position in the hearts of the listeners as their beloved singers. Not only aforementioned people come to watch us practice, but also several of their relatives and family members appreciate us too, as they consider this a refreshment activity apart from their routine.
Therefore, I would like to propose an alternative schedule for our practice sessions so that we can again lighten up people’s days. If your team can accommodate us on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, that would be much appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
Mann Patel
