Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason why I am addressing you is that I want to ask a few questions about your English school that I am aiming to study.

Regarding my questions first, I want to know the accommodation which is provided by your academy. I want to tell you that I desire to have a single room as I do not like to share accommodation. The reason is I am a very shy and private person. Therefore, are there any rooms for only one person in the accommodation? In addition to this, I am a vegan person and I cannot eat any non-vegan meals, so there is a special request for my meals. When it comes to the specific question, I am interested in computer program, which is why are there any computer rooms in your school, and i will be more than happy if there are a modern computers and also technologies in your academy.

It would be really appreciated if you send me all the details of your English school.
