Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Joviena from Indonesia. I am writing concerning about the four-weeks courses that I have registered. There is some information that I need to know about the course and the accommodation.

Due to the course that I have registered, I have not received any itinerary of it or anything about the course schedule. Since the due date of departure is just in one week from today, I hope that you are able to send me a time table of the course or any information related to it so I am able to prepare my go-to stuff.

Besides that, I am fully respect if you could accommodate me with a room for single person as I am not able to share a room with anyone else to concentrate with my studies. For the other request, I hope the room is provide with hot water in the bathroom.

I hope to hearing from you soon as I wish my requests will be granted.
