I am writing this to inform you regarding the hotel room I had booked at your hotel. The room I had booked is completely different than what was advertised.
For a long time, me and my friend were planning to come to your Kohinoor hotel near the popular beach Taki for a weekend getaway. I had booked a deluxe room with double beds, a balcony and a nice bathroom as advertised on your website and paid more than the standard rooms available at your hotel, but after our arrival we noticed that the room contains single bed only, with one bathroom and no balcony similar to the standard rooms.
As the room has only one bed it is not feasible for us to stay the night together and it’s upsetting to both of us as we were planning for a weekend trip since a long time.
As a result, I would request you to provide an extra bed with no extra cost and provide us our refund for the extra we paid for the deluxe rooms. I hope you will take look into this with urgency and appropriate action
