I’ve booked a room from your hotel for a weekend getaway, but after my arrival to my room the room didnt match the the claims on your advertisements.
The amenities were struggling to work, and the room was dirty; it was not cleaned properly.
The solution for this problem is quite simple. To start off, change the advertisements to match your establilishment’s actual standard.
Properly check the room’s cleanliness and increase the cleaners’ headcount. Replace the faulty amenities and repair the items that are repairable, to avoid inconveniencing any more tenants
