HI mi name is ruslan, i write this later to the hotel manager, i encountered with problem about my reserved hotel number
I was reserved on 23th of october online, i am chosing in your website vip room with very beautiful bath room and with a beautiful view, i want to point out that number pretty cute in the website. my room number was located on the last floor, the room number is 163 near by lift.
When i arrived in the hotel i was in shocked becuse the lobby has terrible status, okay i close my for this because i was excited to see my vip room with the beuatiful bathroom, but unfortunately i dont see my room.The main problem why i am reading this later beacusse my room was unvailabel,how?Why my room is unvailabel? How can this happen? I need answer for my questions! I staed in lobby 3 hours becuse yours lobby worckers caant do something with this problem,all what they do is tell me: ” We cant solve your problem becuese the website during a technical break, please wait” . I cant wait, i was flying for 6 hours and more 2 hours from airport to your hotel, i was tired and angry.
I want my money back, although no i want more money becuese your behaivor with you klient is terrible.
