I am writing this letter to you for accepting my big apologizes,due to problems that i have faced at your hotel. It was not a great experience for me staying at your place. The problem is about my room. It was really disgusting to stay there for a long time. The blankets,pillows and the room itself was really dirty. I saw blood stain on the walls, coffee spots on my pillows and even the cockroaches under my bed. Furthermore there was strangely terrible smell which was coming from bathroom. In addition the towels and bathrobe were unclean. Despite i have not spent more time at your hotel, I was really sorry. After very tired day i would like to feel relaxed,cozy and clean. However it is like impossible there. In actual fact i am keen on your hotel architechture and adore the design itself. Because it is so contemporary and vintage at the same time. The service and the staff were amazing too.And i can not pass the meals of course. They were absolutely delicious: the ingredients were fresh and cooked well. Just because of the cleaning of the rooms, everything messed up for me.I would like to recommend you to change the cleaning company that you work with. In my opinion better cleaning will attracts more customers and that’s why your hotel’s ranking will blow up too. In conclusion if you want, i know some of them which make incredible work.
