Dear Customer service team,
I’m writing these email regarding my order number 1313, when the package has arrived at January 13th, the Smartphone Samsung model S25 Ultra 512gb was damaged, its screen was broken in the right corner and it’s not working properly.
I tried to power on with the power cable direct connected and also tried to reset to factory using the combination of power on + volume down.
Please let me know what procedures do I need to follow in order to received a new one or the steps to request a full refund?
