Dear Mrs. muhammadi,

I hope you are doing well! I am writing this letter to express my regred about quiting my English coures in the evening time from 5.00 to 7.00 pm.

It has been two months that I stated my job in a very popular organization as a officer. it is a full-time job and paid well for me. Moreover, the work is very hard and has many responsibilities. Therefore, it is hard for me to manage both of them and I figure out to quit my class. and I will start it in my vocation time. In addition right now I have to continue my job because I am only the one who take the financial responsibilites in my family.

I would like to take this class in my vocation which will be from september to November. as I mention that I cannot afford this class if I leave my job and also my work at office is so much sophisticated. Therefore, I cannot coninue this class.

I appreciate your always support and understanding my hard situation. I hope you realize my situation.
