Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to apologize for quiting an evening course that I had joined to enhance my practical knowledge about sensory integration disorders.
Firstly,I really want to thank you for giving me the oppurtunity to be a part of this prestigious learning project. It was my utmost desire to complete the course. However, my job timings doesnot allow me to concentrate fully towards this project. As, every job has a demand, similarly my work also has some requirements. Nowadays, my commitment towards my patients have been compromised due to lack of time. Every other day I have to take short leave or various times compelled to take a day off as I have to prepare for the assignments and research work related to my course. Consequently, my job suffers.
Sir, with a very heavy heart I have decided to quit the course since I had joined it for my professional growth, which now seems to suffer as I am not able to give time and energy required for it. Although, I have planned to join it later, once I will complete my probation period afterthat I will have flexible timings at my job so it will be better for me then.
Hoping to get a positive consideration from you regarding this matter.
Your’s sincerly,
Ghazia Mazhar
