Dear Robbin,
I am writing this letter to inform you that, I won’t be able to continue the voluntary work for your Organization, as I am moving to my hometown next month.
Just to know that I have been involved with your organization for 6 years, I must say I enjoyed working with your organization. Helping the homeless people, and helping the poor people who doesn’t have food, and cleaning the surrounding areas. It was an excellent job. Although I learned how to build teamwork and team building, I learned how to build team coordination.
In fact, after working in this organization almost for 6 years, I felt like an organization people like family. I wanted to continue to work here, but I won’t be able to continue because I will have to move to my home town with my family for personal issues.
However, before leaving this current role, I am handing all my work roles and responsibilities to my colleague Nancy, and she will be taking care of it.
Thank you all and I wish you the best of luck.
Yours sincerely,
Anne Jhonson
