I’m writing this letter to complain about the internet service that is provided by your company. I try a lot of times to contact you but without response.
Last week , I have started using your internet service provider for the first time. When I tried to connect my pc with it in order to take my online English class, it told me that I should check the net. I feel disappointed, so I contacted your company for several times and no one responded.
I appreciate it if you can handle the issue as soon as possible or send someone of your team to fix my internet service provider.
