Hello, i am sending this letter to file a complaint about my internet service.

I have been facing many issues with this internet service as my internet has been very unstable and repeatedly turns off during the day.

I work from home on some days so this affects not only my job but also the fact i am not able to contact my family and friends properly some times and this is quite disappointing and affects me poorly. I have seen others on social media also complaining about having not only similar issues but in some cases even worse than this. I have seen some individuals complain that their internet shuts off completely for a few days in a row. That is even worse than my issues and i can tell this is an issue with the providers.

I hope you are able to receive this letter easily and i hope you are able to fix not only my issue, but also others as i mentioned before, have been facing this same issue and some even worse than this. i urge you and plead that you can to attempt to fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.
