Dear Sir,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment as a frequent customer of your restaurant.
I made a reservation before coming to the eatery in order to avoid any inconvenience. I know well, you are fully book in lunch time at weekends. I was hosting a lunch for my business partner. He came all the way from abroad so he needed a good ambiance place. Coming to the point, when we reached to your restaurant last Saturday in afternoon, to my utter embarrassment, the booking was not made from my name.
Additionally, my guest had arrived timely but the management of the eatery made us wait one more hour as there was no space inside. We had to wait outside in the scorching heat. However, we were allowed to go inside, only one table was empty. No doubt, the food was served piping hot and all the ordered items were scrumtitious.
Kindly, I request you to investigate this matter on immediate basis. Otherwise, you will soon lose your loyal customers.
Yours sincerely,
Mike
