Dear Neighbour,

I’m your new upstairs neighbour, I am Reis. I am terribly sorry because I couldn’t have the honour of meeting you face to face. But I think I know a way, a way to make you forgive me. I was thinking about throwing a party nowadays. And guess what? I sent the first invitation to you! You will be our guest of honour. At that part you can say “Who are you guys and why whould I want to attend?” You are absolutely right. Me and my collage friends will have that party. We are freshman and we all studying biology at Hacettepe University. Our party is kind a spring semester party. Even if you aren’t a student, you can be sure about we all will welcome you. Our main reason to inviting you is, the party may be a little loud. Since you are mine downstair neighbour, I thought that noises can bother you. And then that bright opinion came to my mind: Why shouldn’t you join these noises? And It’s free to attend only for you. It will start around 9pm and it will probably last at least 3 hours. We will be very happy to see you around. (P.S:You can come eary too.)
