I am writing this letter to inform you that I have lost my Ipad ( Ipad Air 6, blue color) I recently perchesed. I acidentally left my Ipad on a train. Moreove,I have dissatisfaction with your customer service information at bedok station.
This circumstences, happend on January 30 in the moning at 09.30 AM from Bedok to changi airport station. I seated 20A and 20B with my boyfriend. However, I am uncertain which seat I have left my Ipad on but that day I am comfirm I may put my Ipad on some seated. cloud you please double check on bolt seat I have given to you. I have told this case to you customer service staff but your staff unhelpfull, she is not give correct information or take any action for me.
I would like you to take reseponsibility for your staff and return my Ipad if you able to find it. thank you for you time and assitance.
