Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request a report for a lost item on the Etihad rail during my travel on 20th of October. The item was a brown colour wallet that had the Jafferjess logo printed on it. Unfortunately, the lost wallet has my ID cards, employee cards and credit cards along with a small amount of money of 1000 AED.

I believe the wallet was lost while the train was heading toward Abu Dhabi near Ibnebatutta mall. I took the train from stadium metro station from platform number 72 and was sitting on a golden carriage during morning time around 8:00 AM. While I was leaving the train, I am not sure where I missed my wallet either in the train or fell down when I was rushing toward gate 6 on exit.

I would appreciate searching in the lost and found item box and asking from the train staff. If you find the lost wallet, kindly contact me at the address available in the wallet or send it by courier at my address. I will surely pay the courier fee on arrival.
