Dear sir,

I am Gurpreet Kaur, I am writing this letter to complaint my lost of an item which is valuable a black leather bag in your trains. Last Friday, on 25 January I was travelling Surrey to Vancouver around 4.15pm in the evening. My ticket number was 234567890 and seat number E069.

Apart from it, I remembered that I have been placed my bag under my seat. In my bag there was a library card, new addition Mac book, credit and debit card. Bag is very important for me.

I would like to request to you please check with your railway authorities and help me to find out bag. Could you please let me know if a bag of this description has been found. My phone number is 3458906767. If you have it please keep it safe place and I will made arrangements to collect it at your earliest convenience.
