In a letter I received this morning, I was asked to acknowledge the receipt of a new bank card. However, the envelope containing my bank card, which I received yesterday, was empty.
As you know, I am a platinum client of your bank, and my credit card has an unlimited limit. Therefore, I am extremely worried about this situation. I have attempted to block the card using the mobile app since this morning to prevent any potential cyber attacks, but unfortunately, my attempts have been unsuccessful.
Could you please provide me with any information regarding my card, if you have any? I would also like to request that you block the card to prevent any potential fraud. I look forward to your prompt response to my request.
