Dear Tim,

How’re you doing? It’s been ages since I saw you last and just want to let you know that I’ve finally moved from my old house into a new one because the place looked rundown and terrible like you already know.

My new house is located at 3rd avenue and from the first time I saw the place,I fell in love with the interior. It’s a 2 bedroom bungalow that looks chic at first glance: the decorations I did after moving in was minimal because of it’s ambience. Since the previous apartment was located in a remote area, I was particular about the location. This place is so close to the metro station that I can even walk there.

My dear Tim, I hope you’d be able to come visit soon seeing that Xmas and new year is coming soon. I miss the yummy pancakes you make. I’d most definitely love to show you around to hear what you think.
