YESTERDAY I RECEVED THE PRODUCT FROM DELEVRY COMPANY. WHEN I WAS OPEND PRODUCT AND CHECKED. SOME OF THE PARTS OF TOY DEMAGED. I DID NOT FOUNDED CAR BETTRY AND MOST IMPORTANT CAR PART VHEEL IS BROKEN.I WAS SO WORRING.MY CHILD ALSO WAS CRYING BECAUSE TOY WAS NOT WORKING.
I HAVE SEEN TERMS AND CONDITION ON YOUR COMPANY WEBSITE. IF ANY COUSTMER GETS DAMAGED PRODUCT, YOUR COMPANY POLICY IS TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT. I GIVE ADVISE PLEASE SEND NEW CAR TOY AS SOON AS POSIBLE. MY CHILD BECOME HAPPY.
