I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the service I receive from your online store.
Last Friday, a courier man hand over me the ordered i.e. singing and dancing doll which was for my baby girl. I was exited to unbox the item but, i been really disappointed seeing a cracked doll which donot sing and dance. In my point of view, u think the reason behind this incident is careless of your staff before packaging the order items.
However, I have managed another doll for my baby. So, it would be grateful if you could refund me fully.
