Dear Sir/Madam

After having seen your advertisement on pamphlets, I would like to do work in a hotel over my summer break.

I am studying a hotel management course from Oxford University. This is my last semester. I worked two to three hotels in my vacation. So, I have total six months experience.

I worked there as an intern, I mostly work in every department. But, I would prefer the management, it is on of my favourable area. I am eager to know that what kind of work I have to do?

And also, I want to know some casual question please let me know the answer. Should I wore daily wear clothes or company will provide uniform? Should I take my own lunchbox or cafeteria will be given? Will transportation available for employees or not? What about working hours? These are my general queries.

I would deeply appreciate it if you would respond this matter as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your attention.
