Dear Sir or Madam,

In the local newspaper, I came across an advertisement for a part-time position at your hotel during the summer season. The reason why I am addressing this correspondence to you is that I am going to work in your hotel as a part-time worker.

If you employe me, I will promise to increase the hotel’s incomes. Having good communication skills, I can communicate with every guest and serve

them very well. Also I can serve to foreign visitors because I am able to speak in four languages as English, French, German and Russian and I am learning Spanish these days. Additionally, I have a good qualification because I worked in another hotel last year, therefore, I may enhance your hotel’s finance.

I am going to find out about job requirements. What time should I go to the hotel? I think starting job is 7 a.m everyday, so I will be at hotel in 6.45 a.m in every morning. Indeed, I can work to the lunch because I go to the Spanish course in every afternoon. Moreover, what kind of form should I wear? In my opinion, black lounge suit is uniform in your hotel.
