Dear Manager,

I am writing to inform you about my garden. Two weeks ago I hired your for landscaping.

The workers came to my house four days ago. In the beginning, everything was fine. However, after the work was completed. I have to say I am definitely not pleased with the work. The first issue is that the work is not complete; my garden still looks terrible, my flowers are already dead, and the grass hasn’t stuck to the ground. I expect the company to finish the job. Here are the steps:

First, I need new flowers, and they should be colorful. Then, the grass should stick to the ground. I will be available on Saturday; I request that the workers only come on Saturday because I am at work on the other days.
