Hello Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this email to bring your attention to issues with kitchen renovation works. As per youtube advertisement your company having best employee and workers which complete the task on time without compromising with quality. Before two months ago my kitchen renovation works is done by your firm’s and teams, but i am not satisfied with renovation works because there is to mucch quality issues in the work like not proper finishing, and also not used quality equipment, after few months of renovation only many tiles having cracks and basin having block problem and no proper drainage. As per your company reputation i started renovation from your company but the work is done by your teams as totally unexpected to much quality problem is there. Your company also charged overpriced as compared to other firm. I am totally unsatisfied from the work done by your organisation. I am humble request kindly send your team and start the renovation again without fail in quality and safety. If it is feasible replace all the tiles, and equipment with new good quality.
